Expertise includes:

Business Cases and Procurement Strategy: Identifying optimum times and routes to compete and award, based on market intelligence, existing contract dates, resource and activities required on all sides, potential transition times, funding required and regulations (internal and external).

Planning and Executing Competitive Procurement Processes: Engaging the market, communicating clear outcomes and timelines, and designing and delivering a process that is both compliant and delivers optimum benefits.

Contract Development to Execution: Drafting specific commercial red lines suitable to circumstances and desired outcomes, developing bespoke contract clauses and schedules and owning all negotiation throughout the process.

Managing Supplier Delivery: Bringing experience of successfully delivering technical projects on the supplier side, which as well as in Ed Tech, includes, at a larger scale, deploying a new software platform into to hundreds of retails stores across the UK; implementing new tech infrastructure enabling go-live of new healthcare sites; and the delivery of critical operational telecoms and infrastructure, including satellite, fibre and IoT, across regions.

Post-go-live partnering: Commercial contract ownership, which as well as being an escalation point that resolves disputes, takes a holistic business and technical view to develop strategic partnerships for continuous improvement, innovation and reducing technical debt and total cost ownership.
