This two-day event, co-managed by the University of London and the Bloomsbury Learning Environment (BLE), provided three workshops focused on specific aspects of User Experience: User Research, User Centred Content and Accessibility. The User Centred Content: workshop provided an overview of the online tools available to help one to plan and review content. Mapping users against online content, the delegates were asked to bring along a piece of their own content to review. Faciliated by Melanie Read, Head of Digital, University of London, the workshop concluded with a panel Q&A discussion around content strategy and governance.
